Step 1: Schedule your surgery
Book your procedure with your surgeon and get your surgery date. The sooner you reserve your nurse, the better. Booking before your surgery date guarantees your assigned RN and your overnight coverage.

Step 2: Book your private-duty nurse
Tell us your procedure and dates. We match you with a Prestige RN and build your recovery plan, including whether you need continuous overnight care, surgery-day support, or scheduled daily visits. Everything is RN-led.

Step 3: Confirm your PA recovery location
Confirm where you'll be recovering within our service area, your home, a hotel, or a private recovery suite anywhere across Southeastern PA and the Philadelphia suburbs. Recovering away from home (common for out-of-town and gender-affirming patients) is exactly what we're built for. We coordinate transport from the surgery center right to your door.

Step 4: Confirm treatment, MD & post-op orders
We connect with your surgeon's office to confirm your procedure, your physician, and your written post-operative instructions: drain care, medication schedule, positioning, garment, and activity limits, so your care follows your surgeon's plan exactly. One nurse contact, day or night.

Step 5: We're there when you get home, and through the night
Your RN meets you at discharge and stays through the critical first 72 hours, when most complications happen. Then daily visits continue until you're confidently on your feet. You focus on healing; we handle the rest.
